I have recently started having Primitive, FolkArt craft sales at my house! I have serveral ladies that bring items and our shop is packed with all kinds of goodies! We just finished have a sale last weekend and are busy planning our next one in June! June's sale is going to be Americana/Summer items!

I haven't made any new patterns in a long while..... just having too much fun with my sale!

Well..... I finally got the brace off of my hand and now am busily designing some new patterns which I hope to have added to my website soon! I haven't been able to sew anything new in the last couple of months and I am really looking forward to being able to make some finished items. I will let everyone know when my new patterns are ready!

This means they will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours or less. Actually it will be alot sooner than 24 hours as I do check my e-mails frequently through out the day. I am in the process of adding ePatterns to my site. Its a slow process because of my hand but I am making some headway! These ePatterns are for Instant ePatterns which means as soon as you order one and pay for it you will be directed to Instant Product Management website for immediate download! Pay Pal is the only payment method at this time. No more waiting for the postman! You save money on the pattern and postage costs! I save money on printing and gasoline costs! My goal for this first 2 weeks of January was to convert all my patterns to epatterns but unfortunately on new years day I broke my left hand and I am lefthanded
so..... that really puts a damper on every thing . I will get to them soon I hope!

I just love those eyelids on these guys! I will be designing alot of new patterns after Christmas and also will be adding e-patterns also! Boy I am going to be busy!

Snow Angel debuting on atimeforprimitives

Snow Angel, here's a sneak peak at one of my newest creations just listed on A Time For Primitives! This sweet little gal is a OoAk design made from warm and natural cotton batting. Her eyes and mouth are embroidersd and her nose is a carrot button made from painted paper clay. Her halo, the star on her front and the star she is attached to are covered in real silver german glass glitter that will tarnish in time. Her little cheeks are blushed and her entire body is covered with clear german glass glitter that really gives her a sparkly appearance. She has white feather wings and some white fluffy boa around her neck and down the front of her body. She is about 12 inches tall. She is $58.95 and will come to you signed and dated! Here is a picture of my new booth at a local antique store, Glory Days Antiques. If you ever get to Springfield, Oregon you need to stop in for a visit. Its an awesome place, over 10,000 feet of you name and they problably have it, over 50 vendors! There is also a wonderful eating establishment called The Backyard Bristo... yummy food for sure!

Grungy Olde Spiced Pears

Just added these spiced pears to my site. They are made from my own special recipe, baked and grunged then rolled in yummy smelling spices! They come packaged in a cello bag along with come scented fixens'! They look good enough to eat! At least my dog thinks so!

My newest creation!

Witchie Rides Again, she is made from muslin that has been painted and stained with coffee and cinnamon. She has painted eyes and separate sewn on eyelids. She is riding her best friend Scat! There is a bat made from muslin that is wired around Scat's tail. Witchie is about 22 inches tall but only 15 inches when sitting on the cat. I made the cat from paper mache' then painted and antiqued it. She is a oOaK and is signed and dated!

My name is Millie Kelso and I have been designing patterns for about 15 years, wow that is a long time! LOL Anyway through the years my style has changed alot and I still like the whimiscal, country cute look but have recently fallen in love with the primitive, grungy, folkart look! I have a lot of new patterns in the works and also lots of new prim dolls that I will be posting pictures of!
